This is not a program to lose weight or to provide a physical training. It is designed to allow you to join a group of people and to go out twice a week to have some fun by doing a little bit of exercise. The activity will be held outdoor, and locations will differ from week to week and will be provided to the facebook group page or will be decided when we meet each week. Also, every week, the coach Cindy Raymond, will have an information session on some specific topics that will help you throughout the program (clothing, nutrition, motivation, etc). These classes will be given through our facebook group page by live video through out the session. You agree that once you have registered to this program, you will be added to the facebook group page. The facebook group page is a private page which only the group registrant will be added. No one other then the paid registrant can be added to the facebook goup page. This program leads to Fabulous@50 Fun Run Event on August 11th, 2019 and we have added the option to join us as a group to do the 5k walk at the event.
