Most baby boomers are looking forward to retirement. They have worked for many years and are now wanting to reap the benefits of their hard work. But really what is retirement? Wikipedia says: Retirement is the point where a person stops employment completely.

Women make over 75% of the buying decisions on almost every purchase made in a home. Interesting....being young doesn't have the power it used to, thank goodness, because I am not getting any younger. Baby Boomers are growing at 30% annually in North America, so if you are thinking of starting a new business or changing careers, this may be something to keep in mind.
