Realizing this unique demographic lacked the opportunities to connect socially with each other was the catalyst for Fabulous@50. We have seamlessly integrated trade shows (featuring retail merchants offering products for this specific demographics, as well as featured motivational speakers who bring their own unique perspective to the mix) with a thriving magazine (Be Fabulous!) which tackles the topics most relevant to baby boomer women. Add to this a vibrant website with over 1500 active members and we quickly realized the magnitude of women being able to connect and share their perspective with others. Meetups (friendship and personal development groups) spawned throughout Edmonton and Central Alberta...quickly swelling to over 300 members.
