Your application will be reviewed and depending on your choice you will be invoiced through paypal or we will expect a cheque. Paypal payments or cheques must be received within 7 days or application is void.

SETUP & TAKEDOWN (these times may change)
Setup Friday, November 1st - 1:00 pm - 8:00 pm (All setup must be done on Friday, no exceptions)
You MUST be setup by 8:00 pm on November Ist . (See terms when you applied)
Take-down Saturday, November 2nd - 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
There are doors at front (between casino and tent) side doors and large overhead doors at back for large items. You must check in with our team member at doors for booth number.
WHAT TO DO
Come to registration table to get your booth number or find the team member at the entry doors. Your name tags and exhibitor swag bag will be at your table. If you need more name tags please go to show booth.

EXHIBITOR BREAKOUT AREA
- Please bring to registration table when you set up.
If you would like to put something in the bags, it must be a gift, no paper coupons or advertising. Deadline October 31/2013.
Once you have unloaded your vehicles, we would appreciate if you move your vehicles immediately to allow next exhibitor to unload, then come back and move your merchandise to your booth. Please move your vehicle to back of lot so our guests can have convenient parking. If you have a cart I would suggest to bring it as there may not be enough for everyone coming in.
