Fabulousat50 is a website that educates, inspires, and empowers women 40-60 years to live their lives to the fullest and inspires women to move forward to fulfilling their dreams. And, through them inspire each other while opening the doors for future generations of women. 

The content for the site is by and for women, therefore, we encourage women writers to submit their own educational and motivational blog articles, for possible inclusion on the website. Articles will focus on the following areas: health & fitness; beauty and fashion; easy, simple and elegant meals and entertaining; wine education; the different relationships in women’s lives, such as, older children, grandchildren, significant others, elderly parents, and friendships; careers; home & garden; finances; and life in general at 40+. We want women to feel better about themselves and excited about this time in their lives when they visit the site. Therefore, articles will be upbeat, motivational, and often humorous. 

Articles should be between 500-700 words, but smaller submissions may also be considered. When submitting an article you are agreeing with our Editorial Guidelines & Policy and Terms and Conditions, so please review carefully.

Fabulousat50 shall have no financial or other obligations to you when you submit such information, nor shall you assert any proprietary or moral right of any kind with respect to such submissions. 

Author hereby irrevocably provides a perpetual license to Company, its successors and assigns, by itself or with others, throughout the world, to print, publish, republish, distribute, post on web sites, sublicense and transmit the Work and to prepare, publish, distribute, post on web sites, and transmit derivative works based thereon, in English and in all other languages, in all media of expression now known or later developed, and to license or permit others to do so. This license shall be exclusive as to Fabulousat50; provided, however, that Author may re-license the Work to licensees who are non-competitive to Fabulousat50. 

Representations And Warranties
Author represents, warrants and agrees that he/she shall be the sole author of any Work provided; Author has the right to enter into this Agreement and owns and can convey the rights granted to the Company; the Work shall not contain libelous or unlawful material or instructions that may cause harm, damage, or injury; the Work (and the photograph provided, biography, or other submissions to Company) shall not infringe upon or violate any copyright, trademark, trade secret or other right or the privacy of others; and statements in the Work asserted as fact shall be true or based upon generally accepted professional research practices. Author will indemnify and hold the Company, its owners, and its distributors and licensees harmless against all liability from any claim that if sustained would constitute a breach of the foregoing representations, warranties and agreements, and from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, cost, liabilities, expenses and damages arising out of, or in connection with, the breach of any portion of this Agreement by Author. Each party will give prompt notice to the other if any claim is made and Author will cooperate with the Company, who will direct the defense thereof. Pending any settlement, final resolution or clear abandonment of a claim, Company may engage counsel of its choice. 

Changes, Edits, And Copyrights
(a) Company shall have the right to edit and delete portions of the Work as it determines in its sole discretion, without any approval required by Author.
(b) Company has the right to add to the pages containing the Work hyperlinks, boxes linking to other articles, products, or services, advertisements, and any other matter determined appropriate by Company.
(c) Author shall retain the copyright to the original Work, subject to the rights granted Company. If the Work is edited or changed in any way, and/or links, boxes, or related material are included in or around the Work by Company or third parties (including comments posted in response to the Work), the Work as revised shall be deemed a “derivative work” and all right, title, copyright, and interest to the changes or additions to the original Work in such derivative work shall be solely owned by Company.
