TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

As part of your participation, your Company will agree to :

• Offer Fabulous at 50 Diamond Members a discount when they present a valid Fabulous at 50 Loyalty Card at any of your locations throughout Alberta
   
• Sign an agreement of participation
   
• Offer a discount (or giveaway) that must:
  
  
  • represent real value to our members
  • be the best discount offered to your customer base
  • not have any restrictions (day, time, season that it is valid)
  • be valid upon presentation of a member's card - no other coupon is required
  • Include the Fabulous at 50 logo in your advertising whenever possible
  • Provide Fabulous at 50 DIAMOND MEMBERS with quality service in accordance with our standards of excellence and integrity (WIN-WIN)

It remains the member’s responsibility to determine if the service/discount meets their individual needs. Fabulous at 50 will not be held responsible for the actions of the discount provider, but will investigate concerns raised by members regarding services they have received.
