HOW TO ORDER
Ordering online with Fabulousat50 is easy and secure!
Currently we are only able to fulfill orders placed within Canada online. If you would like to place an order from outside of Canada , please email info@fabulousat50.com.
As you are browsing through our online product catalogue you will have the option click on "ADD TO CART" to place the product in your Shopping Cart. Repeat this step for all of the products that you wish to purchase. To complete your order you can click on "VIEW CART" from the menu on the left. At this point you are al so able to remove items or increase quantities of items in your cart. Once you are satisfied with your order, click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" to begin entering your order details and preferred shipping method.
Finally, you will notice that not all of the products we carry are available for sale on the web. If you are interested in a product that is not available for purchase online, please call us to place your order at 1-877-8BEAUTY.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
Shipping rates are flat rates of $9.95 & $12.95, calculated based on the total dollar value of your order. Fabulousat50 offers free shipping on orders over $100 excluding tax.
We ship via Canada Post. All shipping rates include insurance, traceability and require a signature upon receipt.
You can expect your parcel to be received between 6 to 10 business days; however, delivery times will depend on the post al services in your area.
We are unable to cancel or make changes to your order once it has been processed. Please contact customer service if you have any concerns about your order.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
An addition al email from Canada Post will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and tracking number (item number) for your package.
Your order can be traced with the tracking number (item number) through https://em.canadapost.ca/emo/basicPin.do?language=en
If your order has not been delivered within this time frame, please contact your local post al service using the tracking number (item number) emailed to you by Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301. Please note over 25% of deliveries are "missing" or "late" because nobody is at home to sign for and receive the delivery. Tracing your package will inform you whether Canada Post made an attempt to deliver your package and which post al outlet your package is being held at. Please remember to bring al ong 2 pieces of identification in case your post al outlet requires you to produce ID.

Please note that if your package is lost or seriously late, a full trace with Canada Post will take a minimum of 7 business days.
US & INTERNATIONAL SHOPPERS
In order to give international customers the best service possible, we invite you to place your orders by email. Once we have taken your order we will provide you with a separate quote for shipping through our friends at The UPS Store. Free shipping over $100 does not apply to US & International Shoppers.
BACKORDERS AND MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. In the event of such an occurrence you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and we do not bill you for items that are not available.
RETURN POLICY AND GUARANTEE
Fabulousat50 loves the products that we carry for you and we hope you do too! If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us within 14 days of receiving it to let us know.
Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on makeup, skincare and hair care products. Should you be concerned about any product, please do ask us and we will send you a full list of the ingredients.
EXCHANGES & ONLINE CREDIT NOTES
All purchases, except for those mentioned above, can be exchanged or returned for store or online credit within 14 days, accompanied with original receipt. Please contact us via email before returning anything so we can inform you where and how to make your return.
Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.
